I bring over 28 years private investigative experience and knowledge to each case. This experience has been gained from investigating over four thousand cases around the world that have included over 200 homicide cases with over 65 capital case investigations as lead investigator or mitigation specialist. We have successfully investigated cases of kidnapped children, industrial accidents, domestic violence, wrongful death, sexual assault, theft, marine and automobile accidents, termination of parental rights, capital murder and death penalty mitigation.

Phil Agrue is a founding member & past president(1997-1998) of The Oregon Association of Licensed Investigators. Phil is a past editor (1995-1997) of "The Oregon Investigator Magazine" , is a founding member of The Old Timers Investigator Society (OTIS) and was "The founder" of The PI Digest The Internets first networking newsletter exclusively for licensed private investigators.     I am the Oregon State Bar�s appointee to the DPSST Private Security Private Investigator Policy Committee. I invite all private investigator constituents to contact me on any issues relating to our profession. If you have any issue you feel the policy committee should be aware of or need an advocate let me know. Also if you�d like to participate on one of the current PI sub-committees please contact me. There are three sub-committees currently working on reciprocity (Chaired by Art Smith), The Oregon Administrative Rules and the reworking/revamping of the current PI licensing exam. We are always looking for people to help with these issues.
